Great location but not happy that they lie on there website showing photos that are not in the hotel or what I paid for. I got the studio and it said modern and partly refurbished we got here and it looks like we are still in the 80s and at a motel. Compared to the pictures it looks luxurious and spacious If I knew I was paying for this room I would never have booked here. Shower dosnt work properly and keep going cold. 8th floor smells and walls are dirty. I rang and asked if I got the wrong room becuase the photos that were given is not this and she said yes I agree the photos are not right but your room is the studio and I have no other rooms available. Best part is the pool. Plz fix your website and stop misleading ppl.

You can't beat this location! Great for families. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Service was excellent. I messed up the booking so we had to move rooms and the staff made this as seamless as possible. Also posted lost property left in room very promptly. I would stay here again. Also kids loved pool and hot tub!

Location is all this place has to offer. Rooms are worn out and drab, and the smell they pump out from reception is enough to make me puke…. Negatives: The smell, holy F, what are they covering up? Rude late staff that really don’t give a toss; Very limited gym, nothing for legs, no free weights; Curtains don’t cover the whole window; Room is bright and noisy at night; No privacy sheers, so it’s either dark during the day or exposed; Bed is uncomfortable; Air con is super noisy and minimally effective… Positive: The location.

Great location, fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, oven, stove top, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, mini dishwasher. Bathroom had separate shower & European bath. Car park has tiny exit/access road & small spaces. Would definitely stay again

Booked a studio apartment and got upgraded to 2 bedroom. Front desk was very nice, allowed me to check in early as I was tired from flying. The reviews on google maps were mixed so I was a bit worried prior to arrival but glad I booked this apartment. Unit was large, spotless clean - looked like it was recently renovated and painted. Bed and linen were very comfy. Kitchen comes with Nespresso machine and limited capsules. Overall it was surprisingly good for the price and will return again next month. Notes: photos were taken just before I check out, so I’ve been in the unit for 3 days, except I only used the master bedroom and didn’t touch the second bedroom with 2 single beds.
