The hotel is in a great location, and has convenient access to businesses at surfers paradise. However, the facilities in the hotel is noticeably aged, and probably because it's a residential, hotel guests need to share facilities with other occupants of the building. House keeping is available every 5 days, which can be a headache. Overall it was a comfortable stay, and I hope to see the hotel continue to improve its facilities and service for Accor ALL members and guests.

We had a great time! Amazing apartment, great value for money. Amazing location we were very happy. The only let down was the lifts can be slow to pick you up

Stayed with my boyfriend here for a few days and it was so lovely! The apartment was mostly clean (there was someone else’s hair on my bed which made me feel a bit gross), but the space was great! Birds came to visit us every morning and the view was beautiful. Despite this, there were no ammenities~ toothbrush, comb, showercap which was disappointing.

The apartment was so beautiful with its views and the service was decent enough, but the rooms were very very dirty, most of the furniture was broken, kitchen equipment and cutlery etc...all dirty and from the 1960s. The hotel has everything you need aside from that. The balcony was beautiful and the room would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of cleaning standards and broken furniture. Doesn't seem like the maids do a good job at all. Definitely not worth it when you spend several hundreds of dollars for the 3 bedroom apartment.
