a month agoStayed here last weekend. Phenomenal!! Thank you Oaks and team, we enjoyed every second of our stay so much we didn’t even leave the hotel unless we were going to get food. First holiday for our 1 year old and she loved it. Special mention to Keisha (hope I spelt that right) who checked us in on Sunday was an absolute gem, she was super friendly, bubbly, kind, helpful and her vibe from the get go made the rest of our stay even more special for my husband, daughter and I. Kim who we met the following day was just as superb. She was very helpful & so kind! Thank you so much girls. Grateful! Our room was so beautiful the view was spectacular, super clean, more modern and I cannot recommend this place enough. Perfect location! ❤️ Thank you for making our stay memorable we will definitely be back. Blessings x

a month agoThe Oaks is very accessible and easy to find. They have friendly, and helpful staff at check-in. The check-in took less than 5 minutes and we were greeted with a smile. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the beds are like sleeping on clouds. They are so comfortable. I absolutely recommend the Oaks. Best place I have stayed.

a month agoGreat apartment with lots of space for a family. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom with beach views. Great ammenities, with laundry, air con, kitchen utensils. The pool is lovely. We enjoyed our stay!

2 months agoIn short, $550 for one night off season. It is a 2 star hotel. The carpet was old and frayed all over the place and looked like it needed replacing 10 years ago. The furniture old and worn. Blinds you’d expect in a home from the 70s. No power points accessible in the bedrooms. The overall decor is of a caravan park. The staff are friendly. Location is good. We were there for business and would expect significantly better for the price.

a month agoWe stayed for 5 nights. The room was clean. However, it was positioned above the buildings air conditioning units. There was a constant rumbling noise and a vibration that never stopped. We couldn't sit on the balcony due to the noise. To sleep, we needed noise cancelling headphones.
