a month agoHonestly cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, it is a 10/10 and a must stay. From the check-in experience the staff were absolutely outstanding, friendly and welcoming. Making the special occasion feel extra special. Through to the rooms that were immaculately clean and perfectly laid out. The facilities at the hotel were brilliant, and the 18+ pool after 9pm is a brilliant idea and was certainly a massive bonus for us. Nothing was too much of an effort for the staff who certainly go the extra mile to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and great value with plenty of choice available for all. First time staying here, and will certainly be back several more. As an Accor ALL GOLD member, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in with the highest level of customer service I have ever received. Hats off to the outstanding management and staff that run this hotel, making it a highly enjoyable experience.

a week agoWe had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Chadstone. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. We loved relaxing in the pool and being able to walk over to the Social Quarter at night. The kids school holiday bowling was so much fun, they had a ball!

a week agoThe Chadstone Hotel offers an exceptional experience! The rooms are beautifully designed, and the service is impeccable. The location is perfect, right next to great shopping and dining options. The rooftop pool and bar provide stunning views, making it a truly luxurious stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

a week agoThe kids are having a great time here. Great staffs and service. They participated in the bowling championship designed for school holiday and enjoyed so much. They love the pool and breakfast, we will definitely be back.

a month agoWe had the perfect stay at Hotel Chadstone. The room was a lovely, beautiful bath overlooking the city. Very comfy bed. And the breakfast was outstanding. Had a massage at the Holism Retreat, which was absolutely exquisite. Would highly recommend staying here!
