a week agoFrom the moment we walked into reception we felt at home. Staff were exceptional. Room was lovely and overall a great place to stay. Only downfall was too many people and not enough breakfast. People left waiting to eat which then holds up the next flux of people for seats. We experienced this both mornings. Staff super friendly and applogetic however o think more staff was required as there was only only cook on the kitchen at one stage.

a week agoI want to thank Chase and his team to help putting decoration with petals in our room as I did my proposal last week! It was such a great service that the team had provided to me. However, the breakfast option in the morning wasn't great. There wasn't lot of options. But overall, great experience. Thank you Hotel Chadstone

a month agoHigh quality new hotel, good size standard room with luxury bedding, modern bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Staff are very friendly in all areas, room service is great for late night meals, buffet breakfast is good but I found the food a little tasteless. Great location to the large shopping centre close to freeway on-ramp to access city centre. So only the restaurant food let’s it down a little otherwise 5star

a month agoFrom our arrival to our check out we were blown away by this 5 Star hotel and service. The room was lovely and finished perfectly. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was the best we have had. They have thought of everything. We will defiantly be back.

4 months agoFirst time staying at this Hotel. I was super impressed. The room was just beautiful. The view from the window was stunning. Comfy Bed, everything was clean. The Welcoming staff were extremely nice and made my check-in and check-out easy. Thank you for making my stay very enjoyable. I am coming down to stay again next year. I could not fault my holiday.
