7 months agoReally enjoyed our stay. My only criticism was the broken spa. We were told it would be fixed. However, it remains broken. We chose the location for the spa, so we were disappointed to find it not functioning. Otherwise, we loved our stay.

4 years agoGood customer service, staff where friendly and helpful, beautiful views from level six. Rooms were spacious, breezy and a lot of storage. But cleaners need to check under cupboards and also beds more because of the dust close to shopping centre and restaurants would recommend for families as it has a tennis court, ping pong table, two bbq areas, Pool and spa.

a year agoNo lights over the dining table. Terrible greasy floors. No air cons in 2 out of 3 bedrooms. Ceiling light was not working in one of the rooms. Fans were disgusting, we asked for a replacement... they came and took the fan but never returned with a replacement. Curtains had patches and were peeling. Time warp back to the 80s... the round down 80s. The mantra name means very little now in my books.

5 years agoGood complex showing a bit of lack of maintenance. Location very convenient. Rooms were not cleaned as expected. Doors dirty, soap handler in one of the bathrooms has not been clean in years. And as expected there is not service of housekeeping to the rooms, carpet although vaccumed was dirty. Reception staff friendly and attentive but limited only til 5pm.

9 years agoGreat stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment looking towards the ocean on level 8. Very quiet ! The pool and outdoor area were excellent and the BBQ's were very clean. Renee on the reception desk was very polite and helpful. The only reason I didn't rate five stars is that the room could do with with a bit of maintenance and a freshen up, but all up a great stay and would return.
