You’re not going to get much better than this for standard accommodation. Rooms are clean, modern, well equipped and a decent size. Nice pool and grounds. The restaurant is standard motel style and probably a little over priced for what you get, however they are generous serves. Staff are attentive and on the ball. Will definitely stay again.

The resort is in a great spot close to the city centre. It is fully fenced providing some protection from the crime in the city. The rooms were quite nice and had everything you needed. A microwave would be very useful as going out after dark in the city area was a bit confronting. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is very nice. The shower had excellent pressure. We had issues with getting the correct linen/ towel replacements. The beds were very comfortable. The curtains were filthy. There is a beautiful pool area, unfortunately it was way too cold to use when we were here. We didn’t go to the restaurant.

Staying at Mercure Alice Springs is one of the better options in town, along with 3 other major chains, who also charge more than the average price. I took out paid membership two weeks prior as their reward system is better than Hilton Honours. I had two stays in this time and neither were without issues. I will take these up privately with management as I don't want people to get wring idea about motel. The motel is in need of renovations and management is well aware of this - but it beats staying at one of the 3 star hovels in town. Restaurant is lovely (esp for dinner - not so much breakfast) and staff are absolutely the biggest asset.

Stayed here for a few days recently but was disappointed by the quality for the price point. The location is good, and the rooms spacious. Unfortunately was let down by the wifi (kept dropping out), no hot water one night for a shower, towels not being refreshed and what I thought was a bit of a subpar breakfast (photo below - eggs are just sitting in water)

I recently booked a number of rooms for a few nights. Winwin from Reservations was exceptionally helpful and I am very grateful for her professional service. The rooms were large (above typical for a hotel) and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. We also had a family dinner (16 Adults and 4 children) at the Barra on Todd restaurant (within the resort); excellent service and the food was delicious. All up a very enjoyable experience.
