This was an excellent stay for me in Melbourne! The room was large and well equipped with a small kitchenette. The styling is a little old but in a very well maintained state. The location is on the cusp of Melbourne city right near Lygon St and the Queen Victoria Markets. The staff were very helpful and did an amazing job particularly during high check in / check out periods. I will certainly stay again, thankyou!

The location and staff are great, however the hotel needs a really good makeover. The hallway carpets need replacing and really set the scene for your stay, the apartment itself was quite large but felt very dated and the kitchen / living area felt more like an office staffroom than a cosy place to stay. The small benchtop fridge is super noisy. The bedroom and bathroom were fine. I would not include breakfast in my stay again as the coffee is terrible and the food average. I would not stay here again, I would rather a smaller room for a cleaner more modern stay.

I recently spent 5 nights here for work & leisure trip. The staff were lovely and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. A little out of date in terms of fittings and fixtures but clean nonetheless. Location wise it’s very central to everything. A well priced stay.

One week visit to see friends. Room was fine, good maid service, staff polite. Location ideal. Happily stay there again.

I booked a King 1 bedroom and the rooms were a great size, good light and sound block out but how crazy that the bedroom door blocks half the bathroom entrance. Surely that is a safety hazard as you can't keep the bedroom door open in case you need to go to the bathroom at night. The door was always in the way. Surely it could be removed or changed to a sliding door. Also I loathe shower / bath combo's. Staff were great! Friendly and professional. Breakfast was good... had a good selection. Shame the bar restaurant is not open after breakfast as it would be good to have room service. The location of the hotel was not great. I didn't feel safe walking around to the cafe / shops. I had no idea that there was a homeless / drug users camp right opposite the hotel. It's great they have somewhere to sleep at night and the 10 or so people using the courtyard of the abandoned Royal Melbourne Regiment have made a home for themselves. They weren't bothering anyone and seem to be going on about there day. It was fascinating to watch and learn. I chose the location due to the fact it was an Accor property walking distance to Melbourne Uni.
