    Was refused my room after not having any Photo ID, spent the last of my money for the room after Fleeing from domestic violence, was then refused a refund from the hotel. Overall, I will not be booking with this property again. Am highly disappointed with the night manager that was on last night. Would not recommend to anyone.

    Looks nothing like the pictures from the outside, reception was clean and the person who checked us in was helpful - the next person on reception was not and didn't bother to look up from his phone. There was chewing gum stuck to ladder to the bunk and even my 10yo asked me to buy wipes so we could wipe everything down. The walls were filthy, the guests were loud, someone showed up at midnight and sat out the front honking their horn to let someone know they arrived. The bed was clean and comfy and the cleaning ladies were nice. Its cheap for a reason. It got us through, but I won't be back.

    The customer service is rubbish, the rooms are not clean, the rooms got damp smells, especially people with asthma conditions never prefer to go there, also if arrive after 6pm, and want to change the booking or do early departure you won't be able to do and won't be able to get any refund. Cost me over $200 and could not stay there even 1 night cause of the smell and did not get refund as I arrived 6:30pm.

    Worst hotel stay, checked into room, there was clumps of hair on shower floor , sink was grimy around plug area. Was told by reception that they could only pick hair up due to house keeping not on-site therefore bathroom was not cleaned after. Had shower later and soap dispenser in bathroom was empty. Cleanliness is not a priority here, definitely not coming back or recommending to friends!

    I have been stayed at the Ibis budget in Brazil before and it's was a good experience, but this time was the worse experience, small room, not very clean, bad breakfast. I was expecting so much more.
