2 months agoI used to stay here weekly, the staff were always very accommodating as I was a regular. On one occasion they accused me of smoking a cigarette out the window. I have never smoked in my life. They threatened to charge me an extra fee. I haven’t been back since. How dare they make such an accusation! On a positive though, very easy to get too. Rooms are decent sizes, car park is very well lit up.

a month agoTotally recommend ... The Ibis budget Dandenong it's a great place to stay. Rooms are small but very clean and quiet overnight for a good sleep. Very cheap and comfortable, all what you need.

a month agoBooked in with a group booking. Our room presented with a dirty mattress topper. Another room, the room card stopped working and management were not contactable. Contacting Ibis' main office was not a good experience either, with them not offering much assistance either. So beware, if you get caught out for whatever reason, this hotel uses Ibis' main number as their 24-hour contact and they aren't helpful at all.

2 months agoI checked in on the 14th of September 2023, I was greeted by a young receptionist named Zaka who greeted me with a Smile and after validating my identification showed me to my room and all services within the motel, I checked in once again the next day and was greeted by another receptionist named Hussein who was dressed formally and carried himself in a professional manner. The motel is cozy and well managed providing all amenities such as laundry, coffee machine, emergency guide and timetables for when their office closing times. I’ve had and am having a pleasant stay, would recommend this motel for singles, family or couples.

3 months agoWe had a good stay. Great price for what you get. The staff need to be more customer focused. Not overly friendly. Plently of parking. Well lit up carparks. This was my third stay. Staff just need to be more approachable when guests need help.
