He made us feel like VIPs and was a true gentleman. Free shuttle bus service to the airport was very convenient.

Made my stay absolutely amazing. Give the man a raise because he is honestly a credit to your organisation. That guy knows customer service and excels at it

a month agoMy go to hotel when staying for work in Melbourne. Free transport to the airport, car hire around the corner, and the most beautiful beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You have to try the restaurant here if you stay. Highly recommend the rib fillet steak a d the breakfasts are amazing value.

a month agoVery handy to Melbourne airport. Shuttle service is very good. Room was tidy but air-con was too noisy to leave on. Arrived late on flight and bar and kitchen staff were great in feeding and watering us.

a month agoTwo shuttles on a busy night took over an hour didn’t bother waiting in the end and took a rideshare. Great hotel, fancy bathroom, had big bathtub with jets. No netflix or streaming services on the TV though, only standard cable. Unfortunately the sauna and spa pool were closed at 9. Food ordered to room took over an hour.
