3 weeks agoThis hotel was chosen by my employer and it was the first time I've been here. I've found the personnel to be very friendly and helpful both at reception and in the restaurant. Food was ok, but as said, the staff there was very nice, great service. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is very small, but I don't mind it. The real issue is that this building must have been built before there was regulation in place for thermal and acoustic requirements. The whole facade is single glazed and the temperature in the room fluctuates greatly between day and night. This is especially true for the West facing rooms, like mine (#508). Having said that, the AC works, so you can adapt. What can't be fixed is the noise. The noise is unbearable and in the rooms right on top of the main road like mine there's no hope of sleeping. Cars, trams and trains passed by all night and very early in the morning. I've barely slept. We're likely to come back here again for work, but I'll make sure to ask for a room on the other side of the building otherwise I'll have to go somewhere else.

3 months agoExcellent hotel. Friendly staff with excellent parking. Short walk to park for kids with a BBQ if needs be. The hotel is impressive, stylish, clean and warm. Very enjoyable with no discomfort walking in or out. Is also very disability accessible with very few tight places or levels to traverse.

3 weeks agoStaff were really friendly. Room was great. The rain shower and the nespresso machine in the room was a big plus for me. Food was excellent. Only downside was location for me to the places I had to go.

2 months agoI cannot believe how small the bathrooms are. There is no place for you to turn inside the bathroom. There is no shower curtain or any other divider between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom, meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. The room itself was clean and reasonably comfortable however the small bathrooms make the stay uncomfortable.

4 months agoReception staff were helpful and friendly. Room was modern and nice however bathroom was very small and not at all practical, toilet was so close to the wall had to sit sideways. Water leaked out from shower into room onto carpet. Worst of all though was horrified by stains on sheet and towel. Couldn’t believe they would even be used! Paid $213.75 for a Thursday night stay.
