a week agoWe stayed in room 2407. Brilliant views of river and a bonus we were there for river fire. Staff fabulous apartments are older no Smell no mould and everything clean. They are older units with 3 fast lifts in the middle of everything 4min walk to ferry. We couldn't be happier !

a month agoRooms are old and musty the furniture had a lot of disgusting stains the floors and carpets were filthy the hallways also stink. The parking is a nightmare tiny tiny you'll be ok if you have a really small car if you can find a car space The Staff were all lovely and friendly and the location is perfect it's close to everything in the city and rooms have nice views. If they spent more money on the rooms and parking than worrying about building a bar downstairs it would be a great hotel

5 months agoClean tidy, but somewhat dated. Friendly reception team. Pool and spa small but welcomed. Unfortunately had room on a lower level and was able to hear nearby pedestrian light/signal ticking all night long.

a month agoSCAMMERS Horrific experience. We were charged price of over $800 due to be charged in US$ with hotel beds which they partner with. Been on the phone all day trying to cancel all day. Given dead end phone contacts. We have not refunded after 5 hours try the hotel and their Gold Coast office.We don’t have money for new reservations Do not go there. They are scamming people.

a month agoAfter traveling all day, two flights and train we get to the Mantra and want to have some rest and all we hear is construction noise. So bad we had to leave the room. After the same noise the following day I complained and receptionist said they are remodeling the room above us and installing carpet for the rest of the day. Can't believe they put us in that room.
