in the last weekSuch a beautiful location but this place is so run down. Our first room the sofa bed was filthy and had a big sign on it that it was broken we couldn’t even sit on it never mind sleep on it so I asked for a different room. That sofa bed was also broken and filthy. The beds are way too soft and everything was grubby. Come on guys you can do way better for a place with such a great location. The staff could be friendlier too. Wouldn’t stay there again unless there’s been some improvements and refurbishments.

4 months agoWow the experience we had from the moment we stepped foot into the lobby and was greeted by Tessa was AMAZING !! Her service was fantastic so professional and really accommodating to myself and my Gran. She made our stay the best it could be, so grateful for her service. The room was clean and tidy, the location is just perfect close to everything and stunning views. Couldn’t chose a better place to stay. Thanks again Tessa :)

2 months agoWe had a Loft apartment. Vista..beautiful. PARKING...you pay $15 each day. To park in the upper levels...you have to be very skilled and brave to manoeuvre. We had a small car. Not many car spaces on the lower level, very sad for such a large place. WOULD NOT GO AGAIN JUST ON THAT ALONE...NOT WORTH THE RISK TO YOUR CAR...especially IF you can not get what few spaces are on the ground level. ROOM...Carpets, chairs, curtains, all had stains/marks that could have been easily fixed before occupancy. Worse was the bedding had to ask Reception to get replacements...human stains on undersheet and blanket. RECEPTION....To book this originally was extremely hard to get someone to answer the phone. It took many calls to eventually get someone. Would I go again to The Entrance Waterfront Suites...maybe not...sad, because they have such a beautiful location.

5 months agoHad an amazing mid week stay here to get out of Sydney for a few days with my partner and our 2 month old daughter. Beautiful views of the water from our balcony where we watched a lot of sunsets. The apartment is so close to a huge amount of food options below and the room was a little bit older but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Can’t beat the location and the staff were so helpful. Will definitely be back!

in the last weekLocation is awesome, but sorry guys the sofa bed, broken, bed mattress needs replacing. Very old. It's a shame really as the location as I mentioned is very good but the place is tired & old. The old rule applies here where you have to spend money to make money. Thank you.
