5 months agoGreat staff great location and fantastic hotel. The team were super accommodating and happy to help. Many of the team went out of the way to make our anniversary night a lot more fun. We had a great stay and will be back. Easy walk from Town Hall station. Very good gym and the pool has a great view. I'll have to try out the BBQ next time. The only things to watch are the sharp edges on the mini walls in the room and the hot tub is not properly hot. BYO towel to the pool as there are no towels at the pool.

a week agoVery ruthless and indifferent reception staff I have ever met in my life, as I lost my swipe key and sat in the lounge room for the whole night till someone to help next morning. The reception even declined to offer a spare blanket as I felt cold in the night.

a week agoGreat location for the CBD Good quality rooms with lots of space Food quality in the restaurant is excellent with a fairly limited menu however, the staff can be slow to seat you and take your order at times however.

3 weeks agoWe stayed at the Mantra bond st sydney from the 18th to the 22nd October. The room was lively & clean, the hotel was centrally located. The reception desk clerk Sandy, was lovely when we arrived. The restaurant staff were very nice as well. What I DID not like was that our room was NOT serviced at all while we were there. We have stayed in hotels all over the world & I have never come up against having to request my room being serviced. We went out Friday, all day & our bed was not made or the tea & sugar was not replenished. I rang the reception & was told they had been very busy. I made the bed myself & thought nothing if it BUT the next day after being out all day we returned & the room was the same as when we left it, consequently we were a bit miffed so I went to reception & was promptly told I have to request to have my room serviced. Well I was shocked to say the least, we paid over $550 per night for 3 nights , surely they could have made our bed & given us more teabags & sugar. We have NEVER come up against this anywhere else in the world. !!!!!!!

2 months agoI've made 2 bookings to stayed at the 2 bedrooms deluxe for a day before my wedding day. When made a booking I have informed the staff over the phone because it is for a wedding I will have my makeup artist and photographers come in early for few hours if they can parked at the car par in the building which they say yes and will leave a note in the system. We've checked in at 2.30 pm and I was confirming my request I had offer the phone, which the first lady who help us said, I can see a note here however I need to grab the manager and only to be told No by the Front Office Manager Melissa Martinez, she said we don't give free parking and will give a discount instead! The was she speak was so rude! despite I explained they all will leave by 8:30 am. We got out first room ready and it was smaller than what I thought, As soon as I walked into the room It felt very under whelming. The 2nd room still not ready by 3:30 PM then we made a complaint and asked for a compensation for the car parks. The whole experienced really ruined my day!!! They second room was bigger but the it was dirty, there are wine stained on the carpet! I would never ever go back to this hotel! WORST MANAGER and HOTEL
