a month agoThe staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was a great size and well appointed. It was let down a little by the detailed cleaning around switches and in the corners of the shower. Whoever was refilling the consumables was a bit stingey! Great that dishwashing liquid and powder was provided but no plug for the sink or sponge for washing a cup! It’s location was great and suited us perfectly. Not too far to walk to the Metro station.

3 months agoGreat hotel with friendly staff, excellent amenities and lovely views. Nice restaurant next door too. We stayed for a family holiday, it wasn't a very convenient location to pop in and out of central Sydney, and our room seemed to be set up more for a solo business traveller than somebody with kids ... BUT highly recommended if you need something in the area.

a month agoFantastic place to stay and for the price very happy! We upgraded our room to a bush view and very happy with it. Paid for extra parking but well worth it!

4 months agoMy usual gripe - bed was fairly modest. A king size made by pushing two singles together - both on free-wheeling castors - made for an interesting journey around the bedroom. Otherwise place was fine. I was on a very good deal so not overly unhappy.

2 months agoTwo times experience. First time is good, but today was terrible!!! 8am the upstairs start some instructions sound, then the most ridiculous thing happened!!! Someone knock my door rudely on 8:47, and without any explain or even with no pause, my room door was been opened, until I loudly called out "hey!" This guy close to the door and gone. I thought this was rudely room cleaning, until I gonna check out, I heard some sound outside around 9am , I open the door just saw a kind stuff knocking the next door with totally different sounds for knocking and greeting. This is so weird, and dangerous, don't recommend for any female
