in the last weekOn our recent trip to Adelaide my husband and I stayed at the Oaks Adelaide. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of maintenance in each room that we stayed in. We stayed in 3 rooms and found problems in all of them. We reported the problems to reception but in the time that we were there nothing was fixed. We found this unacceptable for a 4 star establishment. I would not stay there again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

a month agoEnjoying my stay at Oaks Adelaide Embassy. Love 2 bedroom apartment spacious and very clean. Great to have a kitchen and laundry. Reception staff are most helpful and also lady housekeeper. Highly recommend.

2 months agoThis hotel is great, really good views and in the heart of Adelaide. Lots of stuff to do nearby and the pool and gym are pretty good. The rooms were clean and comfy. Service was decent. Good hotel in a good spot, would recommend.

a month agoWe booked a room with a King sized bed and did not receive this. Queen bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The toilet had no lid. Location is good.
