Mantra on Queen Brisbane

Besutiful location and helpful friendly staff. Restaurant and room service stop at 9.00pm. Location is fabulous with awesome water views. Food is fabulous when it's available. Rooms are lovely and clean and nice bath products however when l had a shower the water covered the bathroom floor. No rubber on the bottom of the door!

I'll preface this with you get what you pay fo. The rate was quite reasonable but you'll understand why when you check in. It was clean enough but very run down. The comments on the parking are spot on its awful. I found the hotel tricky to drive in and out of thanks to Brisbane's challenging city traffic but for walking it was an easy walk to restaurants along the river so that was pleasant.

upon arrival we were sent to another location to car our vehicle, then we had to pay for this parking the following day after having to walk 10mins to the car each time. The staff were rude and very unhelpful, the restaurant and bar were completely closed down. The left opened many times to the staff side instead of guest side and would not open which left us to find our way through backhouse with no direct. The linen was clean however the bathroom had mould and hair and the floors were dirty. Extremely disappointed. Will not recommend or stay again.

Nice enough for semi budget travels. Staff are lovely. Restaurant is not open these days, and no room service etc. No free internet seems a bit stone age also. Happy enough for the nice spacious rooms & view!

The location is actually really good. Everything is close by and the valley was a 10min walk from the building. However the rooms are pretty outdated and could do with an update.
