Tried to seakily downgrade room. When I inquired about this, they lied to me telling me I booked a different room type. Later they sorted it out. Reception not well manned, so don't kept prompt service, if any. TVs in both rooms are old and tiny - pack binoculars. Rooms are dated and walls grubby. Expected much more for over $300/night.

What you would expect in an inner city hotel. The room was well presented, the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent right amongst the Palmer St precinct - cafes, restaurants and pleasant walks by the river. Secure parking was provided included in the tariff. I would happily stay again.

Stayed in room accessible room 504 (not requested). Urine smell hit us as we walked in and worsened in lounge area. Was offered "spray" by reception staff .... no thanks

Have stayed here twice. The first time was ok. Asked for the same room again, booked it for $711. Asked to add an extra person and extra night, was quoted around $500 to do so. Was charged TRIPPLE this with their rude and unhelpful manager claiming I asked for a room upgrade which is an outright lie. Terrible customer service and complete fraudsters trying to justify $1300 for one night. Would not recommend at all!

Made a reservation for a room with a washer and dryer since I was staying for an extended amount of time. When I arrived, they had switched me to a regular room without the washer and dryer without notifying me. After I noticed I went down and was told I could move rooms the next day, so I did. The gym is small and could use an upgrade. Everything else was great. There are plenty of restaurants around the area, and a short walk across the bridge leads to more restaurants and shops. The other issue I had was upon checkout. I had an early morning flight, so I dropped off my keys in the drop box. Since then, I received an email to rate my stay, but have not received a receipt for my stay. I've sent three different emails and have not received a single response.
