It was an okay stay. We arrived in our room to find it filled with 5 people (staff) having a meeting in there, so we had to wait in corridor until they left. The location was fine, the room comfortable enough, staff pleasant. The bathroom was okay, except for the toilet which was very uncomfortable, it was squashed into a corner next to the shower with hardly any room, to be able to use it with any comfort you had to sit ‘side saddle’. Both my hubby and me used the toilets in the foyer a lot rather than the one in our room. The restaurant was okay, food nothing outstanding, staff pleasant although our meals were rushed even when we asked to a break between courses. ‘Happy hour’ was a very limited range of drinks. Breakfast was another money grabbing event, with the ‘big breakfast’ not including the continental, if you wanted cereal, fruit juice or coffee it all cost extra, $18 extra! Hubby used the pool which he said was nice and they did supply ‘pool towels’. Housekeeping were only advantage also, towels were taken (either if hung up) and not replaced, when I asked reception for a towel to replace the one they took I was given and old hard pool towel! Toilet paper wasn’t replaced we had to buy our own rolls. We did manage to get car parking in the disabled spaces which were close to the entrance near the lift. They were efficient getting us a taxi when it was required.

We found the accommodations to be incredibly comfortable. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access live show and nearby restaurants.

Great location, easy walk to restaurants and shops. Extremely Friendly staff, from check-in, room service and bar staff. Bar only open from 5:30 -9. Would have been nice to be able to have a few afternoon drinks by the pool. However, Bartender very accommodating, We did come back from dinner at 9 when bar was closing up and he reopened to make us a round of drinks. Pool very cold Small rooms but fine for what we needed. Clean

We stopped for an overnight stay here, and it was a satisfactory one. The rooms are clean, and though you can see some dated layout you can see that attempts were made to not make it even more dated. The bathroom tiles are a bit slippery though—something to be mindful of. It’s nice to have the option of either continental or hot breakfast off the menu. Helpful as we were traveling with four young children.

The building is in dire need of renovation. Rickety elevator, drab interiors, ghastly art, antique facilities. If its purpose is just a place to crash, it does its job... But it's probably the worst place I've stayed at in a long long time in terms of feeling at home. It took me almost an hour to get my dinner too. Watched some patrons come and go before my food arrived.
