At the initial stage, I was unhappy with the hotel given that my phone calls to upgrade my booking were unanswered by staff. However, meeting the staff at the check-in changed my negative perceptions about the hotel. The staff member I met was apologetic and caring. my booking was upgraded free of charge and later given the privilege to park my vehicle free of charge as well. My stay was great Thanks to the staff for the service.

Room was small yet clean. I requested a family room and parking and received both. Check in was busy but the staff still got through the line in good time. I do prefer to sleep with two pillows and would take a spare for my next stay.

Location is great. But uhm, one working lift. Cracks in the room + bunk bed I slept on making properly want to stay again unlikely. Bathroom isn’t separate it’s just a bloody curtain, tiny room. You could hear the man snoring next door VERY loudly and you hear all the children when in the hallway. It’s budget so you get what you ask for but at least update the cleanliness and cracks in the room

You get what you pay for on budget. Room clean. Air con works. Small TV mounted on wall flat and awkward to see from bed but can't move. Bed comfy. Towels clean. Tea/coffee making with milk and jug. Small fridge. Olympic Park quiet on nights when no events on. Close to Rhodes shopping centre. Parking costs extra. No real street parking available.

We arrived at 2, which was very busy. They only had one person on the desk so we were lined up out the door. The room was clean and tiny. But we only stayed one night so it was okay. The bathroom was functional and the sheets were clean. I would suggest bringing your own pillow if staying for longer than a night as theirs were like empty of floof. Very close to the arena only took us 5 minutes to walk there. Though the lifts are very slow so had to wait a bit to get back up after. But for $100 a night, I'd say it was pretty good.
