Really well positioned right above restaurants and cafes. Place is older but photos reflect this. Bedrooms back onto hallway which can be a bit annoying with people walking past. Staff are super friendly. Was expecting room to be refreshed but apparently this only happens once if you stay a minimum of 8 nights which I thought was a bit steep when paying $300+ a night for a 1 bedroom. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Stayed there for a night and the staff were beyond amazing. Arrived early due a flight change and they looked after me with an early check in. And a gift for being a member of their rewards program. Will be staying here again, Perfect location, easy parking, great views

This was my 3rd stay at Mantra Mooloolaba but it will be my last. Despite paying over $300 per night for a 2 night stay, the ocean view room we were given on level 5 was dirty and dated. We ended up leaving after 1 night. The king size bed was in fact 2 singles pushed together, not even a king size mattress topper added to make the bed more comfortable. The walls are paper thin so you hear every sound from rooms above and beside you. When I told reception staff about the dirty condition, poor bedding and noise, I was told that it was up to me to ask for a mattress topper. I mistakenly thought that "hospitality" meant that your host did the utmost to make your stay enjoyable, not give you the bare minimum and hope that you'll accept it. Reception staff told me that all rooms at the Mantra Mooloolaba are privately owned so it's up to the owner if they want to update the room. Apparently $300+ per night is not worthy of a decent room that hasn't had furnishings or decor updated in 10 years. The shower (over a deep spa bath) was precarious to get into, especially when wet. This type of set up is surely outdated. Be aware that as an Accor member you are not booking a quality hotel here, rather a holiday apartment that has seen better days. I was finally told by Reception staff that if I want a better room that I need to pay for it. Yeah, at $300+ per night I thought I had.
