Stayed here with the family and was shocked rooms were lovely very big but as soon as we used the toilet we were locked in only could get out from the outside were people had to come and open it. Stove was very old and hard to use. asked for someone to come and help us took them 20 minutes. Stove was slow food was not cooking and we are a hungry family that needs food regularly! Please take this into your consideration if you think about booking this hotel. All and all rooms were nice big and good for larger families but if your family needs food in the morning don’t book this!

As a frequent traveler (and stayed in all kinds of accom as both a corporate traveller, solo traveller and with others) in all sorts of levels of quality from basic right up to the best of the best. To say I was shocked when I got into my room at the mantra is an understatement. This wasn’t a cheap hotel either and I got it for $390 when it’s normally $600+ !!! The quality of the hotel and issues I had put it a $200 a night hotel AT BEST. Positives : only two - staff were very helpful and friendly and moved me to another room immediately and were very apologetic + it is also a dog friendly hotel and as I have my pup that’s why I booked. Unfortunately that’s where the positives end.. even though it’s dog friendly this has no reflection on the quality as the issues not related. 1. Tv not working (not an issue on its own but once you add it all up ) 2. Property is very dated and looks nothing like it does on line - scuffed and cheap and nasty furniture. Again, for $350 a night not acceptable 3. Filthy. Balcony door covered in dirt, cigarette butts everywhere in balcony area and don’t even get me started on the kitchen. Replacement room better but still not up to hotel standards at all.

Avoid at all costs, absolutely filthy. The only frying pan in the fully equipped kitchen wasn’t even washed. Fridge was dirty, benches were dirty etc etc. the place stunk like smokers had been living there. For the price paid, absolutely jipped. Unfortunately doesn’t stand up to the brand

Got a 2 bedroom apartment. Advertised with full kitchen . No fry pan no bowls and no knifes. Called reception. And they could not supply anything. To cook with . Bathroom room wall has mould growing all over it.

Was booking room here for 4 night Was surprise cause this only mantra Who had bad service and bad staff The air conditioner are dirty so dusty come out Down the couch and the bathroom are broken can not setting up and Down so need to keep up the shower The staf are very bad attitude I had agree with one staff to have late check out and this guy Just knock my door and open my door I was naked in the room Lucky he not See me HIS NAME “SAM” old guy and still arguing with me in the reception cause I told him Why not Ring me first if you want make Sure anybody in the room or not,,also I already put do not disturb tag outside my room and he still not apologise to me and keep arguing with me Very bad Staff and I’am not Happy And i Will not comeback to this accomodation
