5 months agoThe hotel is super quiet although it is near a bustling street. Does not look like it has many customers/tourists staying there. Hardly bump into anybody during our 4 nights there. Easily accessible to many places. 0 star for service not because it’s bad but because the service is nonexistent. There is no housekeeping at all. Sofa bed was quite dusty at the folds when we opened it up from sofa position. There’s a laundry room where you need to pay to use the washing machine and dryer. But the dryer doesn’t work well. Clothes came out as wet as when we put in. AUD30 wasted.

3 weeks agoStayed here 4nights. One miserable reception working. My room was not cleanup. I lost my sleep boxer. Disgrace to Mercure branding.

7 months agoHousekeeping excellent always willing to help. Reception very helpful. On Arrival Wooden makeshift door as you arrived. Never closed. Fan or light over shower never worked. Mould in ceiling of shower. Due to fan not working. Curtains need a clean and upgrade. Room noise from above and rooms next door. I stayed at Ibis Therry St think that is a better option just a bit more expensive. But would pay extra gladly.
