a month agoA perfect place to stay in Port Douglas! Our 1 bedroom unit was a great size, spa on the deck and pool access off the balcony! Oh and a stones throw to the main street for the fabulous restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

3 months agoGreat location and friendly staff. Room size was good and I liked the spa on the balcony. Loved the coffee machine in the room. Lots of space in pool area. Great location as it's right next to the main street. Just a few things need improvement, the hotel was more of 3 star feel rather than 4 stars. If you wanted new bath towels, you needed to request for it, and if you want your room cleaned it's an additional amount. Since prices are similar to resorts in the area, rooms should not cost additional to be cleaned and new towels should be delivered every day. Would stay here again if improvements are made.

3 months agoWe loved our stay. Perfect location close to main street, beach, and marina. Walking distance to everywhere but when we did hire a car we were able to park in their undercover parking. The swim out pool room was perfect. The entire complex was clean and maintained. The staff were super helpful and so friendly. Nothing was a hassle and when we had an issue with our air conditioning the reception acted and the trademens were there within 2 hours! Amazing! The staff also assisted with late check out and helped with tours we wanted to go on. If we needed extra towels or toiletries they would provide. So friendly and caring. We will definitely be back

3 weeks agoThis room was perfect for us. We loved the pool access, and the spa on the balcony. Location is perfect, close to beach and shops. Room was clean and facilities perfect. We will be returning.

2 months agoGreat location in port douglas, close to everything, but the bedrooms only have shutters and no windows, you can practically hear other guests brush their teeth (putting it nicely). The pillows are very uncomfortable too large and bad for neck. Would limit your stay here to only a night or two at the most. Much better options around for longer stays.
