Mantra Crown Towers Surfers Paradise

It was fine. Staff were rude about asking for towels. Staff in pool area were lovely. Location was very good. We had a great view of the paradise resort. Paradise resort offers great family getaways that are affordable. I doubt they would ask me to receive spam emails to get a towel. Paradise resort is better. Go there

Booked a three bedroom stay for family and was perfect. Lots of space for 3 kids and adults. Rooms were a bit dated and they had normal key entry but beds were comfy. Balcony had great view of inner surfers Paradise and waterways. Great view morning, night and during rain. There was construction next door but barely noticed. Tram stop for Cypress Ave short walk and surfers beach also a few minutes. The lagoon pool was freezing during June but kids still jumped in. They have a indoor heated pool, indoor very hot spa and outdoor warm spa. The kids pool with slide was not too cold so jumped in while kids went on slide. They don't collect your rubbish, you need to throw into the rubbish chute next to lifts. 8 min walk to shopping centre and malls for groceries. Only pain was the kitchen had no chopping board. A bit of a pain but only cooked a few night so was okay. Overall I would def return again as the benefits def outweighed the minor points.

The location is convenient, if you walk for like a few hundred metres from here, there will be a lot of stores and shopping centre. Although the scenery is not as good as on a higher floor, the service was great. For example, I forgot taking my key out with me when I closed the door which locks itself without using the key. I was so nervous and freaking out at that time because I locked myself out of the room. However, when I asked one of the staff on the reception at 6 pm , she helped me out I can't thank her enough.

Fantastic price, fantastic apartment with full kitchen, loungeroom, dining 3 bedrooms. Amazing views. Balcony around the rooms. Laundry with dryer and washing machine. Cable TV, and much more. Outdoor pool with waterfall and indoor pool and spa.

We went there with some expectations considering Mantra's name. The expectations started crashing from front desk experience itself. They had no concept of customer service, took inordinately long with paper work and kept asking for physical prrof of everything. We were the only couple checking in but we went with the flow though overly slow. My partner showed her Accor membership details but looks like front staff did not like it and made experience worse. Rooms are dated, furnishing is dated too and cleaning can be much better. Bed sheets had sand on it we had to dust off sheets thoroughly before sleeping. We were given 1 towel each for 4 days stay and when asked for additional towels, we were told wash it and reuse. How pathetic service it can be. We were told it is a self contained apartment so be happy with whatever you got. Real poor experience, not recommended at all. Ideally rating should be negative, if possible.
