2 months agoIt’s great to see a hotel of this quality in regional towns, also member of Accor group. We stayed one night and were very happy with our experience, the staff are super friendly and professional. The rooms are so clean and modern. Beds super comfortable, the room was quiet and well appointed. The hotel location is super convenient, one of the best locations in town. 5 minute walk to bars, cafes and restaurants. Parking is underground and plenty of spaces. Highly recommend stay.

3 months agoWe held a conference for 25 people in the hotel. The facilities were first class. The catering was great - too much good food in fact. Staff helpful and accommodating. Venue and parking good. Highly highly recommend.

3 months agoVery nice room and facilities. Comfortable bed with a thick and thin pillow each which was a nice touch. Staff were all friendly and courteous. We had breakfast included and it was described as a hot and cold buffet on their app. It was a continental buffet with a pre-made ham and cheese sandwich or bacon, egg and cheese muffins that you could heat up. Didn’t really feel like that was what we signed up for. Overall I would happily recommend them to anyone.

4 months agoJust spent 3 wonderful nights at the Mantra, got a lovely surprise when I arrived as my room was upgraded to apartment which included jacuzzi, kitchen. So comfy to lounge around, bed was amazingly comfortable and big, was on the 4th floor so didn’t get any noise as such. Hotel was stunningly clean and modern, food was top quality. Only disappointment was wanted to book 2 extra nights but they were fully booked Staff were polite, friendly, smart in dress code and very helpful I had a wonderful stay and will definitely rebook if I ever return to Traraglon. Thank you Stephen Atkinson

2 months agoIt is a well maintained and operated hotel. Though with a senior ACCOR membership, my status was clearly overlooked and with membership benefits omitted, so we were unable to keep the best memory on the city of Traralgon. Check-in & out were both very pleasant and efficient.
