    Don’t even bother. The rooms are so old it had a stench reeking to the floor as soon as you step out of the elevator. The room itself is dated and very dark. The bed that I slept on, I reckon had bed bugs. I was trying really hard not to think about it. If it didn’t have bed bugs it might as well have it because on how old it was. I felt I was being swallowed alive by the bed. The staff are another level though. They never picked up the phone when you need something for housekeeping. It feels like there’s only one person in the reception. There’s always a queue and a long wait. And they didn’t send me my invoice and trying to get hold of them is very close to impossible. I have yet to receive it. There are far better hotels in Parramatta. Even the location is not worth it.

    For the price, this was an extremely average experience. Reception asked for a large payment despite room being paid for, and said if it was not refunded within 3 business days to follow up with them. Hallways and lifts a bit dated. Received a room with two single beds despite asking for a queen/double. All of this would be okay for a cheaper price, as the location is quite good, but just felt like paying 4 star price for a 3 star experience.

    Hotel is a bit tired and rooms needed a refresh, but still quite comfortable. staff are awesome and the location is excellent with trains and buses virtually on the doorstep.Huge variety of food options within short walk.

    I've stayed a few times at the Mantra, and although it's dated and probably seen better days, it's a 3 star you can rely on. The location is great and has on-site parking. The rooms are OK, our sheets and towels were clean. Although microwave in the kitchenette was stinky. The towels also quite small. Our shower probably needed a good scrub, there was soap scum on the glass door, but the bathroom was overall clean. We stayed in an Executive Spa and the room was spacious. Staff were a bit hit and miss, some were friendly, while others avoided our gaze. If you need a place to stay and don't expect a lot, then Mantra is a great hotel. Location is excellent. Very close to Westfields and the station.

    Absolutely disgusting service, toilet was not working or flushing, shower wasn't working and just had scolding hot water during my one night stay. Had to call relatives to come and pick me up to take me to their house to go to the restroom and shower. Called reception to fix items and never did, also house keeping entered my room whilst not dressed an hour before check in and no apology. No assistance, and disgusting customer service after request a full refund. I will be escalating this matter immediately and taking this further. No accountability and no ownership of the issues.
