Great family getaway in a two bedroom apartment. Self contained with full sized kitchen, everything you need inc. washing machine. Brilliant location, close to shops, queen street and restaurants/dining. Staff were super friendly and helpful - nothing was too much to ask. Will absolutely be back in the future!

The location is great, with an amazing view over the river and the pool. Staff were lovely. Our room was rather mediocre for $500 per night. No coffee machine (can purchase cheap ones these days) just instant coffee satchets and very cheap brand of coffee with the tiny tubs of UHT milk. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, including Adina right next door that makes coffee. No internet in the room, so no access to Netflix or YouTube on a TV enabled for these. Foxtel is on offer, but ours didn't work. They did eventually come and fix it and left a bottle of wine as a goodwill gesture. We did need to request a blanket at about 11pm as there were no spare blankets in the room. Again, staff were helpful in fulfilling this request, it was just inconvenient. The view and balcony to enjoy it, were the winning features. I would try staying elsewhere next time though. I don't feel it was worth the money. We also paid $80 to park our car for the two nights we stayed.

Serviced apartments (RM 1706) with separate well equipped kitchen & laundry facilities, sitting/TV area, dining table separate bedroom. Quiet although occasional noise from above & corridor, but not intrusive. Great location at river end of CBD 10-15min easy walk to South Bank Convention Centre etc. Taxi rank 150m N & Central bus & train not far either. Queens St Mall close.

Pretty disappointed for the price we paid!! Two bedroom apartment was roomy but that’s where the plus ends. Rooms are dated smelled musty and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t rate this 4 star. Checkin was average , customer service lacking.
