Lovely, clean room and the facilities are great. Odd though that our room had a switch that limited us from having the air conditioning on in the bedrooms OR the lounge... Not at the same time. Was tricky with putting kids to bed earlier than we were ready for bed. Too noisy at night to have windows open, so someone had to be hot

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 55th floor for 4 nights. Great apartment, magnificent views, great facilities and in a prime location. The only complaint is that they are very quick to take your bond money but not so quick to release it! They told me on check out that it would be released in 48 hours and it is now 8 days and It still not back in my account!

Location is great, excellent view if you get a room on the top floor. If you are lucky, you will get to see parrots during the day in the balconies. Swimming pool and sonar was awesome. Lots of resturants to choose from as they are all on the door step of the building. Karen reception staff was very helpful. Make sure you park your car in the designated car spots, as you will be sharing them with residents.

Absolutely appalled, my daughter got married and asked for a 2 bedroom apartment, up high, big enough to get ready for her wedding. She got an old unrenovated room, nothing like the pictures. Friends and family asked if the hotel could do something nice for them as they are getting married. Sure all the staff said and they received nothing. Not even a congratulations, so why would you tell their friends you did something special for them? Nothing was special about the place. Ended up they had to get another room and it was only 1 bedroom and very small. Everyone else who booked their rooms after the bride got what they booked but the bride and her fiance got screwed. Not a hotel any of us will be returning to or recommending, especially if you are going for your wedding.

The hotel is in a great location, and has convenient access to businesses at surfers paradise. However, the facilities in the hotel is noticeably aged, and probably because it's a residential, hotel guests need to share facilities with other occupants of the building. House keeping is available every 5 days, which can be a headache. Overall it was a comfortable stay, and I hope to see the hotel continue to improve its facilities and service for Accor ALL members and guests.
