a week agoI was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Rooms, albeit small, had everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Service was fantastic. Even the lady vacuuming when I was checking out went out of her way to make my checking out experience easy. Self serve worked great. Restaurant staff were fantastic. a week agoI recently stayed at Ibis Melbourne Central and was very impressed with the value proposition, especially for a short stay. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was just what I needed for a quick visit. I want to particularly commend Mellisa at the front desk. Even though I was checking in as an Ibis guest, which shares a check-in counter with the higher-end Novotel, she treated me with the same warmth, professionalism, and courtesy as everyone else. Her excellent customer service really stood out, and it made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Thank you, Mellisa, for making my stay start off on the right foot! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great value and wonderful service!

a week agoSpent 4 nights while on a work trip. Clean, convenient, well located and peaceful. Friendly staff, quiet with very easy check-in and check-out. Room had all the amenities to make the stay comfortable and provided good value for money. Will stay again next time I'm in Melbourne for work.

4 weeks agoStay from 10-08-2024 to 18-08-2024. Location : Great location, nearby to a lot of nice restaurant, very happening place. Cleanliness : Stayed for 8nights there, when ask for room clean-up, no vacuum service done. Floor still dirty with hair. Service : The main auto door was closed, need to access by using card. First day check-in at 23:00, waited for 5minutes to access to register. Maybe should have a intercom for new arrival to call to access ? Room space : Room space just nice for 2 person, bed is comfortable. But the transparent shower door and toilet door is a bit unacceptable. Breakfast : Nice

2 months agoWe had a wonderful stay here: clean rooms, excellent location, VERY reasonable price considering the quality of the room. I was a little worried because the price was so affordable, but don't second guess it. You get a wonderful room, yes it is on the small side, but perfect for what we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable. I really don't have a single complaint. I would absolutely stay here again next time!
