We were attending a function nearby so needed a comfy room without the need to access the pool (also noting we stayed in July). The room we stayed in was clean, a great size and had great amenities. The king sized bed was comfortable and there was a good assortment of pillows. Staff at check in and check out were friendly. A great stay all round. If we are ever back in the area we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is all about the Lagoon pool. Best for families with children. Outstanding experience. Done are fine, obviously the best aspect of the rooms are the proximity to the pool. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were clean and tidy. The kitchen was of good size but the utensils were mostly dirty and sometimes broken. Pool towels are at the reception, so make sure you collect it when you check in or you'll have to walk across when you need them. My children enjoyed the stay and we'll surely go back

The hot water system at this hotel is extremely outdated and broken. The hot water only lasts for less than 20 minutes, which is unacceptable for 6 people. It took us 2.5 hours to get everyone showered because the hot water needed at least 30 - 45 minutes to refill, and the refilled water was not hot enough, almost like cold water. This significant issue was not disclosed when I checked in. My kids had cold showers and got sick on the second day. Despite the friendly attitude of the reception staff, the hotel refused to offer any compensation for this inconvenience. By the way, we found a large cockroach in the room. This hotel has been getting worse since my first visit about 6 years ago. I would not recommend this hotel to any families anymore. Please be cautious if you decide to book a stay here.

We checked in Sunday 16th June around 1.40pm and the guy at the front desk reception was lovely. We had a fab and relaxing stay at this resort. The wrap around pool is amazing! Our room (189B swim up room) was fabulous with access straight from the balcony into the pool! Our room was modern minimalist and was absolutely spotless.

We stayed in room 142 - best spot next to the tennis courts! Ground floor as well (so no stairs!!) Also pool is at your doorstep. Amazing. It’s the middle of winter and we still had the best time. The jacuzzi is heated so bring your swimmers!!!!
