Amazing location with the potential to be a 4 star hotel…however. 1. The elevator absolutely reeks of urine, which has clearly been in there for over 3 months as per a prior review of this hotel. 2. Carpets are horrifically stained throughout the apartment, not to mention the lounge and some other chairs. 3. The shower tiles were almost black with dirt and grime, not to mention the remnants of the prior quests’ pubic hairs throughout the bathroom, as well as on the skid mark lined, left over towel that was hanging on the shower door when I arrived. 4. The body wash pumps were all empty. 5. Staff at check in clearly don’t want to be at work, greeted with a huff. It appears that the management of the complex is letting this amazing place down. Views are 10/10 and location is fantastic and convenient for travellers needing to be close to food and basic necessities.

Terrific location and helpful staff. Terrible rooms, about three years overdue for maintenance. Sleep with your sunglasses on or the air con controls (at eye level) will actually blind you in the middle of the night. Outdoor lounge furniture inside, bleach spots on dining chairs, and the bathroom had clearly been broken into at some stage with a jimmy bar judging by the damage to the door. Top shelf prices seriously low rate accomodation. I was very tempted to scrub one of the tiles in the middle of the floor so they could see just how dirty they really are. Just a very grubby place.

Horrible experience, don’t understand how this hotel has 4 stars. We got in to check in the hotel after 8pm and called previously to advise we would be checking in late- once we arrived had to call a number for someone to let us in rather than a proper check in desk- they took 15 mins to come meet us because security isn’t on site and the front desk didn’t leave us a key fob (after us arriving at almost 9pm exhausted from a 10 hour drive. We then saw the rooms and had to wear flip flops to shower because it was so filthy, the toilet was completely stained lid and all over with pee and both bathrooms had a terrible pee smell. This hotel really should not have a 4-star rating at all. Do not stay there, you’re better off at an Airbnb

Well the room had not been cleaned balcony filthy drinks droped not cleaned up glass doors finger prints all over them furniture unsafe legs coming off, everything dusty not a place I would stay again not for $1400.00 dollars for three nights.

Excellent customer service all-round, from front desk to cleaning staff. Accommodation was immaculate, well equipped and spacious. Spa in ensuite easily fits two adults and ample jets make for a very relaxing spa. Pool, spa and barbecue areas were kept clean and accessible at your convenience. Secure parking only metres from unit was a bonus. My kids thoroughly enjoyed running around with other children, playing and swimming. Only complaint was the king bed was very well used and uncomfortable to the point where I slept in the second room in a king single after the first night, along with my 9yo, and that bed was not a whole lot better! Would of been 5 stars if not for the bed!
