2 weeks agothe only good thing about this property is the location. Booked the room through Accor Website, platinum member but no upgrade was given. Stayed in what was given as it was a stopover onward to Kalbarri. Rooms are old (dated is an understatement). Toilets are disgusting. You guys really need to get down to scrubbing the floors and walls. The pantry area is sticky, the fridge can't even stand upright on its own. Couch in the living area is old and dirty. Will never go back there again. Don't believe the pictures on the website.

2 months agoHad a pleasant experience during our recent stay. Can be recommended for a family stay in Geraldton! A bit old service apartment complex but convenient! Constructive feeback: * There are some water leaks in the ground floor bathroom that we noted in the unit 17. * Lack of garbage bins within the unit was an issue.

4 months agoMantra has lost its class, is tired and not worth the money you pay. Ahead of the arrival of our second bub, my husband and I booked a room (room 38) for $350 a night to soak up the last of our time before chaos was due to hit. Although the location is good, and the views are great, that’s about where the positivities end…the state of the bathroom in particular, and the wider standard of the room left a lot to be desired, for example you’d think you’d have atleast a comfy couch for the figure we paid, there was also no room service available from what we could tell. Overall, the quality of our stay overall couldn’t be better summed up than the poor customer service provided in the sea container reception area with a door that looked like it had been taken to by a bunch of primary school children. Would not recommend, and would hope that there’s other accommodation places that provide better bang for your buck in Geraldton, I know we’ll be looking elsewhere next time. In summary - well done Mantra, not many could managed to fall well short of the potential that this place offers in terms of location and proximity to great eating venues, but you’ve managed to.

a month agoMattresses need to be replaced, did not, could not sleep.!!! Pillows were lumpy and stuffing coming out. Dining room chairs had residual of previous tenants food. Dining room table leg was broken, very dangerous. Extra $40 for a roll out bed that sagged. Disgraceful ..

2 months agoThe living room and kitchen floor is very sticky, the carpet smells bad. The master bedroom aircon is faulty. The only good thing is they have a private parking. Overall won’t come back to this place again.
