2 weeks agoThe room was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable. The staff were welcoming and accommodating of our needs. The food was delicious and the location was excellent for what we were doing in Melbourne that weekend. The kids rated it in the top three hotels we have stayed in and that’s saying something! We will definitely be back!

a month agoGreat hotel, rooms and hotel were well presented but why on earth was the door into the room hinged to open towards the bathroom and why was there a door stop right in the middle of the bathroom entrance for it?! The amount of times my wife and I tripped over it and hurt our toes was ridiculous! The other issue was out of the hotels hands, the Victorian government have some policy preventing the hotels from handing out water bottles... No water in the room

a month agoWell presented hotel- over the course off the stay some staff on the front desk could do with training or taught ways to seem not so condescending, especially when informing me I hadn’t and still needed to pay for my stay which I had paid in full and even when showing my receipt emailed to me from the hotel still had to take away to confirm. Upon booking a Deluxe King Bed my partner and I found ourselves slipping through the crack of the 2 x King Single pushed together bed every night if our stay I did not say anything to the hotel in bag part to the way I had been treated re-payment for accommodation I can only imagine how much trouble I may have caused them had I mentioned our concerns with the bedding configuration. The location was the main reason for staying as I had a death in the family and this was close Housekeeping staff were lovely as were the staff across at The Stampton

3 weeks agoI was very Happy, and I felt well looked after. Breakfast was great with the kids. The staff happily came up with solutions to problems I hadn't foreseen and saved me a good chunk of money.

3 weeks agoThe room was clean, but the bed was meant to be a king but it was 2 single beds put together & it kept moving apart throughout the night making a dip in the bed. I also asked for a romantic room but we were given a family room & the heating didn’t work & there were no extra blankets in the room
