a week agoRoom was big, bed was too soft, pillows were too soft, toilet paper was cheap and the shower door didn't close fully which meant the bathroom floor was flooded. Spa was good and what we needed so that's why we paid for the King room, but expected better from a Mecure Hotel.

in the last weekI was travelling home and had been driving since Tamworth. One night stay and had the breakfast at 6.30am-7. Everything you need at only $20(ish) great value for what I ate. Lovely room and very good good-priced mini bar.

a month agoMy partner and I were extremely satisfied with our stay. The room was immaculate and cleaned to a perfect standard. Night reception staff were very patient and helpful, beautiful demeanour. Restaurant staff were also very knowledgeable on dishes and very friendly. At the end of our trip upon check out we enjoyed the buffet breakfast, upon coming to the reception area to pay for the buffet with cash, there was a small communication lapse between myself, one reception staff and a staff member of the bistro area. We were not stressed about this, however the way that both staff members conducted conversation surrounding ‘who has to take the money’ was very unprofessional, particularly the reception staff member and her tone of voice towards the restaurant staff member. My partner and I were quite uncomfortable and did not feel that the way she spoke to the staff member was at all necessary

a month agoAfter a wombat took out our car, our tow truck driver recommended this place for the night. Which was exactly what we needed, after a rough night. The staff were simply amazing on accommodating us, late at night. Just super friendly and understanding of our stressful situation. Big thanks to Sophia for going the extra mile on taking our luggage to our room. Speaking about the rooms…just amazing. All modern furniture, bed was amazing, and the shower was prefect after standing on the side of the highway. Only regret was we didn’t stay longer, as we had meetings in Canberra that morning but we will be back to experience the Mercure and the friendly people of Goulburn.

2 months agoThe bed was sooooo comfortable, most cozy bed Ive ever slept in. It is very clean and good spot to stay, I didn't eat here but I looked at their menu and they had lot of options for people with dietary restrictions. Definitely worth the price just for the comfortable bed
