2 weeks agoWhat was a charmingly located motel, on a quiet tourist-oriented square, is now dominated by an enormous Coles petrol station servicing an endless stream of noisy transport vehicles. That said, the current chef is absolutely marvellous. Well worth a stay just for the food, if you're just passing through. Lovely staff. Motel itself is quiet.

2 weeks agoA very enjoyable stay at Mercure Goulburn! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and extremely clean. Just off the highway so a perfect spot for a quick overnight stay. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

a month agoMy husband, daughter and I stayed 1 night and loved it. Upon arrived we were advised that we had been upgraded to an apartment which was amazing. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet. The shower was huge as were the towels - they were also very plush. Parking directly outside your door which was helpful. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Not sure why this is not a 4 star hotel - possibly due to no pool? I'd definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

2 months agoHey guys. I will always rate this place very high. I am a regular. For my work, it is extremely convenient. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very clean, and well serviced. The high light for me is the restaurant. Yes, the menu is awesome, and everyone in the kitchen does a wonderful job. (They are genuinely proud of what they produce) however, it's the staff, the team that creates such an enjoyable experience. Wonderful regional service at a very high standard. Cheers.

5 months agoA one night stay at this hotel. It was a VERY cold night (-4) and I was worried about being cold. The lovely Nicole (without an H!) looked after me so well. She got me a heater, and put it in my room while I amused myself in the wonderful restaurant. She even rang me to check if I was ok. Seriously impressive customer service. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices in the bar. The food was very good, too. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Can’t fault it at all. I will definitely return.
