3 weeks agoVery good - we stayed for a few nights while in Albury for a wedding. The Staff and Service were first class. The location is very good for accessing all that you may need in Albury - but yet slightly away from the main street, so somewhat quieter. We were very happy with the spacious room. and a good breakfast selection downstairs in the buffet. Note: it appears to welcome pets? We would stay again when next in town.

a week agoNice modern hotel, rooms are in a good condition except for some minor details. Unfortunately hotel is let down by lack luster staff, although they are likely doing their best, they tend to have a 'thats not my job' attitude and appear to be poorly led. And on more than one occasion, I have been let down by missing menu items from room service. Would be good to see some enthusiastic leaders on the floor to give that level of service expected from Accor group.

3 weeks agoStayed overnight and happy w this hotel, rooms are clean and staff friendly enough. Welcomed our two small/medium dogs too unlike many chain hotels in the area. Would happily stay again if passing thru.

2 months agoThe rooms are quite nice, a good shower and comfortable bed. Although it's in the middle of the city, it's very quiet. Very helpful staff too. Off-street taking will cost $15 per night unless you are a member.

3 months agoNice, clean hotel. Well looked after if you have Accor status. Free drink vouchers for the bar in the lobby. Rooms were clean, opted for street parking instead of the paid parking on site. Wasn't a hassle
