check-in was easy. Had to pay additional for parking. upon arrival we noticed that our room was very outdated. Nothing like the pictures carpet chairs. Lounges were all stained. The bathroom had mould and the drains and the showerhead had yellow marks. we asked the receptionist a Fijian man if we could get a different room or an upgrade, he said nothing was available and commented on me saying that it was dated and he said “that is your opinion Write a review.” no service at all, he was actually quite rude and didn’t care. For $300 a night you expect what you pay for and you expect the photos to reflect the rooms should actually look like. Only one lift was working, the gym was closed. The only good thing about the place was The location. do not waste your money here if I could give zero stars, I would

A little outdated. $20 a night for parking. The pool is nice, views fantastic, location also great. Overall a great location, maybe a little pricey but I would consider staying again. Have attached videos and photos of the room, pool and views from the balcony

Pros - close to water and restaurants Cons - Only one receptionist so took about 30minutes to check-in at 2pm on that day. - Room is outdated, stains everywhere, mould in bathroom. - $20 a night for there parking so had to park in free parking across the street which we didn’t feel comfortable leaving overnight as we could hear loud noices banging and yelling almost all night form people on the street. - Fire alarm went off at 3:30am, whole building evacuated (false alarm) With Only one elevator working for everyone to get back there rooms not a lot of happy people and gym is out of order. Terrible experience overall, Not worth the price. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Great location. Rooms really need some work. Plaster still on wall from fixing holes gaffe tape on doors. Broken tv antennae outlet, Quite Dirty and overpriced. Final night away and this was the most expensive least impressive of all our accommodation for the week. We had the loft apartment :(

Seen better days. The rooms are still good but I would recommend renovating the place. We were transferred to a room with a balcony as that's what we were expecting upon booking with Agoda. The reception said the sunset was amazing. He was right but the room we had had all the palm trees blocking the views. Also, only 1 elevator is working. And all automatic doors (including elevator) sound very tired already :) For Paring, do not attempt to park in their metered parking. Upon arrival, you cant enter the parking because it has a gate that will only open once you have checked in. There's free indoor parking in front instead (Nesuto).
