3 months agoClose to all venues, very friendly, approachable and attentive staff. Lovely clean rooms and comfy big bed, shower worked great and very clean, but was very tiny as it wasn't actually a full bathroom. Plus only other downside was only 1 lift working so took a little while to get out the following morning. Fantastic secure parking also, highly recommend 👍

a month agoFirstly, the room smelt like wet socks, fairly certain its from the carpet due to water from the shower from previous visitors. The rooms were tiny with bare amenities given (only two towels and a floor mat, no face towels or anything else) no tissues, pillows were so small I had to use two just to get a good nights rest. The room was reasonably clean but cramped for two people, only regular tv channels, overpriced for what was provided. Any longer than one night would of been too much, the service provided from the staff were adequate, breakfast lady was charming and everyone was generally helpful. The stench in the room was however strong, recommend paying just a little more to stay somewhere else, not great value for money.

a week agoWe'll I know its budget, but for over 300 bucks for one night you get a prison cell, no parking bad service and lifts that can not cope with the amount of people in the building. Place is totally run down and stinks of old socks. The window blind blocks no light, so expect to wake up by the morning light. I would not let My dog stay here, wow, what a dump!!

2 weeks agoGreat location, clean room, good price - exactly what you need when attending a show at Olympic Park. But why tf hasn't the 2nd lift been fixed?? People are having to line out the door to get back up to the rooms. Not good enough when YOU KNOW there's a show in town and you're going to be full.

a month agoCheck in for concert was slow, I think because of their computer system. but the staff tried their hardest to process everyone as quick as they could. 1x lift was out of operation, and another guest said it was out last week as well. This meant many using the stair at the end of the night. Again the staff were trying their best. Rooms were small but clean, we worked around it.
