a week agoStayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Be aware your credit card will be charged $200 per hotel room, not simply a hold. This was not made clear before our arrival so budget for this. Poor form. Water damage (like bubble full of water behind the paint) in one room. Elevators not working on arrival. In room phone not working. Sliding patio door not sliding well. Beds were comfortable. Pool was well enjoyed by kids, high on chlorine side. Is what it is. Very basic hotel. Made to feel like we were going to trash the joint. Just waiting now for what we are told could take a week for our $200 back

a week agoI was so happy that I have booked this accommodation. It was very near to all the place I went too. Room was neat. I can say that the rate of the room was affordable too. I can recommend to other friends as well. I also would like comment Michelle for customer service she rendered.

in the last weekThis is a nice place to stay if you want an apartment that is close to the city. It is nice and tidy and walking distance to public transport. Don't expect much around the area... That's what public transport is for. It's perfect to for a place to come back to at the end of a busy day exploring.

a week agoRoom is quite large, location is good. lighting is not enough though, the room looks dull/dark. Staff was great, had a great experience in check in, thanks Michelle.

a week agoThank you for Ms Mitch for the recommendation. A very accomodating staff of Mantra providing excellent customer services. Our stay was great with all the tips and suggestions of Ms Mitch. Highly recommended place to stay approachable staffs and clean rooms.
