The location is good. You can walk everywhere, the port of Echuca, restaurants, cafes, pubs, river walks, and 24 has Macca next door. The room is big enough for 2-3 people and clean. The hotel doesn't have a lift as 2 storey building. The restaurant only offers breakfast, but check when booking.

Great location which is close to attractions, restaurants and bars. Rooms are a little dated but bathrooms have been updated. Room was spacious and perfect for a couple. As an older person, not thrilled about the stairs to the first floor rooms but I didnt realise it was two storey when we booked.

Despite the lovely welcome, upgrade to a larger room as a perk of gold status, and other little benefits, The whole stay was let down by the mattress springs sticking into my back. completely unacceptable. Would not recommend until this is fixed. Also, many rooms pick up road noise due to their proximity to the main road

Location is fantastic. Rooms are fairly basic but neat and tidy. Entertainment was spot on. Swimming pool was great, though. The heater for the spa was broken. Would use again, thank you. If your room is on the main roadside you will hear traffic.

Very spacious room, comfy bed, pity the dining room wasn't open for breakfast but we loved the breakfast packs available. Bar/Room service was prompt with friendly/happy customer service. Only down side was the TV wasn't working to watch the news in the morning/remote/programming issue. Fabulous size screen though!
