a week agoVery spacious room, comfy bed, pity the dining room wasn't open for breakfast but we loved the breakfast packs available. Bar/Room service was prompt with friendly/happy customer service. Only down side was the TV wasn't working to watch the news in the morning/remote/programming issue. Fabulous size screen though!

a week agoLovely staff and great location but some rooms are well below the standard expected for an international French hotel chain. Room 60 in particular has large holes in the carpet and the curtains are covered in stains. I will upload photos when possible so you know what to expect.

2 months agoMercure Port of Echuca is on High Street, Echuca right in the heart of town, making it most convenient for your visit. If you're in town for business or site seeing the location is ideal. The rooms have all the necessities you'd expect and are comfortable. Maybe a bit on the tired and old style given the age of the establishment but nonetheless still a pleasant stay. The car park has enough space for all units and there is a restaurant for breakfast and dinners. The staff at reception were eager and friendly making the stay there a pleasant one Recommend a stop over at the Mercure

a month agovery disappointed there was no restaurant open at the hotel, first Mercure i have ever been to that didn't. after 10 hours driving wanted a simple meal in restaurant and not available. home delivery from a pub does not cut it for me. furniture worst Mercure i have ever stayed in, very 1980's mission brown, but bed was comfortable and was clean.

a week agoWe found the room furnishings were quite old and tired. Carpet was worn and shabby. When paying $170 for the room we feel that we deserved better.
