a month agoJust got back from a 3 night stay here. Was very impressed with our 2 bedroom Seaview room. Pool was awesome with sand beach. Kids loved the pirate ship slide. Pool kiosk very handy. When we encountered flight delays and other issues the staff were very helpful and offered lots of solutions. Would definitely stay again. Location was amazing too

a month agoGreat place to stay, pool facility was excellent for our kids and the views from apartments is beautiful. Room cleanliness could have been improved with some general cleaning of marks on walls/couches/carpet. Staff on the front desk were fantastic at every interaction- enabled us to use the pools while waiting for our rooms to be ready, gave good local advice and even found a pool toy left behind that the kids enjoyed playing with. Would definitely stay here again.

3 weeks agoWe had apartment 711, 2 bedrooms, beautifully renovated and refurbished, very clean and tidy and well equipped, whoever the owner 🤜 to you. Beds were comfortable. I would suggest other owners look at this apartment for tips, as my daughter had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 24th floor that was very dated not as well equipped the beds sagged in the middle, just pretty sad really in comparison. The pool, play area, gym, very nice and the place was really quiet. Within walking distance to central surfers and the tram is less than 100 metres away.

3 weeks agoThe facilities are great but the whole lobby area has a very strong and unpleasant smell. Maybe it's the cleaning products they use. We loved the pool and the location is ideal, but every time we entered or exited the hotel through the lobby it stank of some kind of strong chemical.

2 months agoBeautiful resort.Rooms were spacious and clean.They even had the aircon on and some soft jazz playing when you got to your rooms.A very nice touch. Amenities were great although one or two more in house dining areas would have been good. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Can't wait to return.
