a week agocame to celebrate husband's birthday. the room was clean, bathroom was clean, great customer service, sorry for asking too many things! they handled it very well. there's a leak on the shower handle but still works perfectly. will definitely come back for another staycation. thank you!

2 weeks agoVery solid airport hotel. Rooms small but well designed and modern although chromecast didn’t work. Shower good with excellent pressure. A 10 minute walk from T2/3 which makes it very convenient for domestic flights.

2 months agoI stayed here for one night and had dinner in the dining room. The meal was beautiful and so was the full buffet breakfast. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Prices were in range if other hotels if not even a bit cheaper.

a month agoRecently stayed before and after a conference. Perfect for the night before or after a flight. Easy an safe walk from domestic terminals. Rooms clean and have everything. The staff have me wrong information about the breakfast time, but the next morning couldn't be more helpful making me coffee and a sandwich to rectify the mistake. Very impressed!

2 months agoThe location is great being so close to the airport it’s an easy walk from the domestic terminals. The train is also in close proximity making it easy to get to the city if you need making this a great overnight stay before an international flight or even a flight cancelation this would be my first pick. The service is friendly and request always have been smooth and easy making it stress free. The restaurant has a variety of options and also the service again their can’t be faulted and once again if your not interested in the restaurant their are options of cafes and subway in mascot that is a 5min walk. I find this hotel affordable in its area and a stand out option.
