a month agoI had ocean view room, overlooking esplanade and bay - great for watching the cruise ships come and go. Great location, with so many eateries around. If sitting out on balcony the smells will make you hungry! One very minor thing - king bed made it a little tight to access fridge but big comfy bed was more important at the end of activity filled days Overall the hotel is well maintained, with friendly helpful staff if anything is needed.👍

a week agoWe had a nice stay here for four nights, requested single beds which were organised perfectly prior to our arrival. The reception staff were very helpful although a few times it felt quite slow with quite a few people queuing. The room was fine although not large. The bathroom was a bit basic. Overall it was a good stay and I’d recommend this hotel, in particular because the location is perfect.

a month agoWe just arrived home after a full week at mantra trilogy. From the time we arrived till the time we left we felt very welcome. Staff were lovely and nothing was a hassle. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. Room was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. We had a large balcony which was great. Pool area was so nice. Didn't get to use the bbq as we had plans every night but the bbq area was great. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to all family and friends. Thank you.

3 months agoPretty good value accommodation right in the thick of things in Cairns city. All mod cons expected in modern accommodation were there - tv, bar fridge, kettle, tea/coffee/sugar/milk, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and some other things. The ladies at reception were reasonably friendly. I did have some trouble opening the cupboard that housed the bar fridge and the kettle as the doors were a bit stuck. The dehumidifier was in full swing for the majority of my stay so I had a bit of difficulty getting to sleep. I did open the balcony door to try and air the room out naturally but it got very noisy from the outside noise. Closed it and proved the double glazing on the door was excellent. The water on the floor went very far from its source even with the shower curtain fully enclosing the shower area. This is a nice and modern place in Cairns city at a reasonable price.

a month agoWe were on level 4 on the esplanade view was great the only thing next time I would ask for a walk in shower, Also when you walk into the pool the bottom is very ruff and it hurt my feet it needs attention. Staff were great would stay again.
