a month agoDisappointing and misleading. While the room was big and functional, the advertised "mountain view" is actually a view of the car park and high plants on the perimeter fence. Our AC in the bedroom made a ticking noise that kept us awake at night - I mentioned this to the staff after night one, they said maintenance would sort it but they didn't. If your planning to stay in palm cove, I think you can do better for the price elsewhere. Lastly, it's about 1km from the beach and restaurants.

3 months agoOur second visit. We love it there. Good spacious apartments, well fitted. Great staff, location, and quiet! Walking distance to the beautiful Palm Cove beachfront and amazing restaurants.

2 months agoThe rooms we had were very well kept with great views onto a park. Our alarm clock was waking up to Kookaburras having a party each morning. Not far from the beach and the main roads.

5 months agoVery misleading. The view from the room was absolutely nothing like the photos presented on their website. Instead of looking out at palm trees and nature like you see in the photos on their website, I found myself with a view of an abandoned building and an empty overgrown field. The room was also not cleaned properly and there was hair throughout, including on the chairs. I left without staying and booked another property elsewhere. When handing back the room key at reception and advising why I was leaving, the lady at the counter expressed absolutely no concern what so ever. She was clearly more focused on packing up for the day and getting home than the satisfaction of her guests. Very disappointing experience.
