3 weeks agoFantastic experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly on arrival, hotel is well presented. Rooms were in fantastic condition and had amazing views from the balcony as we were on a high floor, which I would highly recommend if you can get one. Amenities were provided which was very handy. Overall amazing at this experience at this hotel and would recommend staying here to anybody!

a month agoWe were warmly greeted by friendly staff with welcome news that to help us celebrate our anniversary, our room had been upgraded. An absolutely wonderful ocean view from the 17th floor balcony. The room is clean and has a modern refurbished vibe to it - a self contained apartment with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, Opposite the beach, with just a 2 minute stroll to shops and cafes, it’s hard to imagine a more convenient location. Thanks to Debbie at the front desk for her help. Staying 5 days this visit - will definitely be returning

a month agoWe checked out today after four days in a tiny box, room 208. We had a bed, that was it. Our families had several rooms as we were here for a family wedding otherwise we would have left. The one chair in the room had what looked like a urine stain on it so the only place to sit was the bed. The kettle leaked everywhere when you poured from it, the bathroom tiles were covered in purple shampoo, clearly used by the blonde guest whose hair was all over the blankets, clearly not washed. The balcony was covered in rust and cobwebs and had no roof at all so no protection from the rain, the powerpoint in the bathroom is broken. Housekeeping did replace the dirty chair and kettle which we appreciated. I'm sorry for such a bad review but we will never stay with you again. If you would like me to upload photos it would be my pleasure!!

2 months agoGood northerly view over ocean towards Surfers Paradise while bedrooms face more south west away from often noisy Marine Pde (traffic and nearby pub with live music) so quiet night's sleep. Very convenient to Shopping centre and restaurants and across road from beautiful beach and park.
