2 weeks agoThe room was very clean and spacious but with limited coffee, milk and toilet paper facilities as there was not any room service during my stay. The customer service was always fantastic and helpful. Unfortunately, the car parking was limited too.

a month agoGreat location opposite convention centre. In house parking is good, but staff tried to charge a daily rate when the Oaks website lists a cheaper weekly rate. Rooms are xlean and tidy, laundry and kitchen is convenient but there was only one pot, no frypan. Also televisions don't have digital stations. Although welcome letter says you can ring reception it would be good to have a phone in the room! Had to use my mobile to call the hotel to speak to reception.

4 months agoThe customer service at reception was absolutely amazing. With any request or any change/issue that occurred they have gone above and beyond to help. I want to give a special mention to Lilly at reception she has been absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back and recommend oaks embassy to my friends and family to stay here in future.

a week agoGood hotel in the Adelaide CBD just down from the railway station with easy access to restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, nice sized rooms and comfortable beds worth a visit if you're staying in town.

5 months agoNice rooms and friendly staff. A bit noisy at night due to local nightclubs. Also the region behind the hotel is a bit dodgy. No room service available. There is a Coffee Club located on the ground floor open 6:30am to 2:00pm most days.
