It's alright for the price. I came here with my SO for an event. The event was beautiful! ✨ The bar staff were very nice & polite! Here are a few things that could've been improved: 1) The bar closed very early for the event. 2) The front desk staff were not particularly attentive. 3) The accessibility room shower area was very small, so our clothes and other things in the bathroom would get wet while we showered. 4) The carpark wasn't particularly wheelchair accessible.

Stayed here overnight in Room 220. It's a very comfortable room with two double beds, desk, single chair, flat screen TV, several power points and USB ports, mini fridge, kettle, bathroom, shower, bath and toilet. The shower was okay but pretty average and needs to be updated. The water flow through the shower head wasn't very good. And there's no power to the exhaust fan. The elevator is very old and outdated but works perfectly fine. It could use upgrading/replacing though. We had dinner at the Polo Cafe located opposite reception. It's a very lovely space with candles and mood lighting. The prices of the meals were reasonable and not too expensive. Room service is also available as well as undercover car parking. Check in/check out was fairly easy and straight forward. Located very close to the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Women's Hospital.

The hotel lift is very sketchy. It doesn't seem stable and the door nearly shut on my son if I didn't pull him out of the way. Main entrance service was very low standard There restaurant though is really good quality and very convenient

One of the worst places I have ever stayed in my life. No idea how this is a 4 star hotel. 24/7 staffed desk could have you waiting for 10 minutes to be seen. They charge extra for everything including a porta cot that was broken and doesn’t lock into a safe position and is the hardest porta cot mattress I have ever felt in my life no way a baby would sleep in it. Everything looks so dirty and uncared for. The car park which isn’t secure mind you and smells of urine and god knows what leads to a hall with stairs so not accessible with prams or wheel chairs unless you want to go around the front. The hall that leads from the car park to the reception is lumpy and uneven under the carpet which was a unique experience. A few things from the rooms Keys didn’t work so had to get new ones A light in the room was strobing like we were at a disco so either we had to have lights off or deal with it. Went to ask for someone to look at it but only solution is to change rooms so we do but to a smaller room that had a tiny window. Neither room looked particularly good or clean Bathrooms are DISGUSTING Blocked Sinks and black stuff coming up of our shower drain. Seal at door of bathroom was broken and sticking up so I got to trip on it every time I went to the bathroom Mould in shower Bathroom door kept locking us out somehow Phone didn’t work in the room to call room service When i called direct I had to leave a message as no one was available at 9am The desk in our room was about to fall down the legs are loose on it. Tv had sound but no picture Wifi was a joke Cupboards look gross Only one power point near bed but was hanging out of the wall and didn’t work otherwise had to steal one from the tv or kettle You can hear everything your neighbours do talking, going to the toilet showering it’s so loud it sounds like it’s in your room The elevator is a death trap The staff were nice but when there is an issue they just say sorry about that but there is no idea or solution offered. Can’t access pool and the supposed sauna door was locked even in the middle of the day Bed was comfy enough and looked clean but not enough to outweigh all of the other things going on. Everything is old and in disrepair and if it has been repaired it’s been done cheaply and badly and so obviously. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND there are hotels of a similar price that are like heaven compared to this place. This ruined our family weekend away.

This is a first for me, giving a bad review and not sleeping in a room I paid for. I booked this hotel whilst attending a nearby expo. Room was dreary. Bed was terrible. Corridor stunk of fried food. I drove home after spending 30 mins in the room. My colleagues who stuck it out for the night said it was noisy.
