Disappointing to say the least! Have just arrived and this is far from what I expected. Unclean. Doors missing or just hanging on kitchen cupboards. Room looks NOTHING like the website. No PowerPoints in second bedroom. Dirty bench tops and walls. Would not recommend. Lesson to me to read others reviews in future. Not looking forward to the stay now at all.

The staff were really nice, the location is perfect with beautiful views and the 3 bed apartment on level 6 was roomy, but sadly that’s where the good things end. It is old, out dated and dirty. Carpet was stained, shower flooded, our keys kept breaking and it was very expensive for what you get. Needs an update or lower of price to compensate or we will sadly not be back.

Look I've got to be honest, I only walked past this joint and google thinks I visited. Although it looks like a great spot to bring the missus, test how sound proof the walls are. 5stars

The apartment was a disappointment, 706 was tired and in need of maintenance and a big revamp - given its a 3 bedroom apartment booked for almost 3 weeks, its hard not to be disappointed given the money spent. The shower in the second bathroom overflows within a couple minutes. The balcony needed cleaning and was covered in cobwebs. Within a day of arrival there was ants all over the kitchen, and then they appeared in the lounge. All the numbers and indicators on the oven were worn off and none of the settings seemed to work. Lack of a basic coffee pod machine was disappointing. The carpet in the lounge is desperately in need of a wash / replacement. Stained doonahs, mildew on some of the curtains - amongst some of the other issues. Not a great impression given the premium spin put on this hotel. Certainly needs some money spending on the room and management needs to review their quality management processes as they clearly are not working, given the sheer quantity of issues in just one unit. We won't be staying again, and wouldn't recommend for the price.
