3 months agoVery comfortable beds-a rare find these days-great mattress and pillow combo. Ideal location near South Bank. Restaurant just down the road which is associated with Oaks group was excellent. The only negative thing? No plugs for the sinks. (Note to self: always take your own when traveling)

2 months agoOne of the worst hotels i have stayed at. The location is the only good thing about it. They have smart TVs but no app works in them. No Netflix or Prime at all. You also can’t do screen mirroring bcs the Internet does NOT work at all. There are no paper towels or room service that cleans the room every day. They may change the towels but def wont mop the bathroom or give you clean sheets. The lifts are the slowest ever. There are also residential apartments within the same building. Never coming back again.

a week agoThis hotel is really nice and smells lovely the bed is comfy the only issue is the heater wasn’t working and only blowing cold air we couldn’t even turn the aircon off so we unplugged it from the wall. and the internet and service is really bad even the Hotel wifi is really bad and can’t even open anything.

a month agoThe only good thing about Oaks Melbourne Southbank Suites is the location. 2 bedroom apparment was small, family of 4 and we couldn't even all sit in the lounge area as there was only a tiny 2 seater lounge.we were on the 3rd floor and couldn't sleep because the traffic was so loud!! No plug for the kitchen sink to do dishes, dishwasher didn't work either, no frypan, no chopping boards. The hotel restaurant is 5 min walk offside and we waited 1 hour for breakfast. We won't be staying here again thats for sure!

4 months agoRoom with a view on the 31st floor. It's great to look out at the Yarra zizaging through the city and other points of interest. Well-appointed room, and very clean. We had everything we needed for our short stay. Very handy to venues that we attended. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.
