3 months agoLocation of accommodation provided a short commute to the nearby Greenslopes hospital. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and the room was spacious.

10 months ago16/01/2023 We had a very bad experience with the hotel staff member at night duty . The lady was very rude and unprofessional. The roof top area closing time was at 10 pm but we were a little late (10:07pm) just about to finish our dinner . the lady came and ask us to leave the premises and threatened us in front of kids that she will call the police if we don't leave the BBQ area immediately . we have explained her that we need some extra time to clean up but her behaviour was very rude and aggressive. All other staff members were very supportive and friendly but the un professional behaviour of that particular lady ruined our holiday and we will NEVER visit this particular hotel again in future . we want Oakes hotel group will provide proper training to their staff members about customer service and take appropriate action against the particular staff member .
