After checking out, they used my card to make three illegal charges, but did not call or email me to tell me why the charges were charged. The first was 100.5, the second 99, and the third 49. I seriously doubt they were testing my card limit. If there is damage or other cleaning fees, they only need to deduct once, which is very abnormal from the amount of money. And I called the hotel after I found the deduction, the hotel staff also expressed doubts, and no one told her. She promised to call me back after understanding, but I have not received any feedback ！！！！ so far Please check the card after checking in, I will not stay in this hotel!!!

Location: quiet relaxing can sleep Close to parliament station and trams easy to walk too. Less than 500m Amazing large spacious one bedroom apartment with tv in lounge and bedroom I always get the city view with balcony which I love The lifts are fixed now so quicker check in and out. Luggage storage and $1 deposit hold.

Only decent things are staff and location. Quality of rooms and amenities are bad. Bed is uncomfortable. Aircon makes weird noises the entire time it is on. Carpet looks dirty. Everything is cheap and old. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

Booked and stayed 10/07/24 paid $239.00 for 2 bedroom apartment with receipts etc, at book in was told I had only booked a room with twin single beds . Was told by a employee that this would be fixed By the time we would be back. Well 4 hours later it wasn’t, had to go through the whole story again, received no apology etc , made to feel dishonest. Very disappointed, won’t be back Make sure you get what you pay for here

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Parking available but really only suitable for small car? Television was tiny, way too small!
