a week agoLocation: Terrible, limited on everything from shops, food etc Room: Terrible, super dusty, no doona cover, just two sheets, doona had red and brown spots all over it, really gross 🤢 , bathroom had a smell as well. One light flickers and the door mechanism makes a noise like the door is opening, this happens all night. Restaurant: Very bland food, staff were nice and check in was easy. Check In/Out : Easy and friendly Hotel needs to up there game in food and cleaning. Especially when charging $500 a night.

5 months agoWe unfortunately missed a flight so were looking for a last minute booking for 7 people. These guys fitted us in and were super accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly. Rachel in the restaurant was AMAZING. She was so friendly and patient with kids. She was in the restaurant by herself, but met everyone’s needs and exceeded our expectations. The kids voted her “best waitress ever!”. I totally agree. Thank you Rachel. Thank you all for making a particularly stressful time a nice memory.

5 months agoWe had a brilliant experience here last night. Possibly the best airport hotel experience I’ve had in Australia. Any interaction with a staff member of any kind was positive. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable, restaurant had excellent food and was well presented. Even a nice view of the airport!

a month agoNice hotel close to Newcastle airport. Really nice rooms, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful too.
